Cancellation & Refund Policy

SRI SAI ASTROLOGICAL RESEARCH CENTER believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the consultation/service has been scheduled or before any personalized report has been prepared.

• Cancellation requests made after the service has been initiated, completed, or reports have been delivered will not be entertained.

• Orders once confirmed for digital or personalized astrological services cannot be cancelled as these are tailor-made for the customer.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

SRI SAI ASTROLOGICAL RESEARCH CENTER does not accept cancellation requests for:

• Personalized astrological consultations or reports

• Digital downloads, online classes, or video content once accessed

• Perishable or time-bound offerings such as live sessions

3. Damaged or Defective Services

In case of any issues such as technical failure, incorrect report, or service not received, please report the same to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving the service or report.

• The issue will be reviewed, and if found valid, a replacement or correction will be arranged.

4. Dissatisfaction with Services

If you feel that the service or product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of completion.

• After reviewing the case, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding a partial refund or reservice.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For any physical products (if applicable) that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer such issues directly to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Policy

• In case a refund is approved by SRI SAI ASTROLOGICAL RESEARCH CENTER, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

• Refunds are subject to verification and approval by our accounts department.
